You may not use FollowUp Launchpad, or assistants built with it, to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or messages to people who opted out or asked not to be contacted.
• Violate anti-spam, marketing, privacy, telemarketing, or consumer-protection laws.
• Mislead recipients — false identities, deceptive subject lines, fake urgency, or invented facts, prices, or commitments.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or pressure anyone.
• Build assistants that send messages automatically without human review.
• Run SMS or automated phone outreach campaigns (out of scope for this Service).
• Process data you have no right to use, or enter sensitive personal data into the app.
• Attack, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass the Service's security or usage limits.
• Share accounts or resell access without permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate this policy. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and let you export your data.
