What we collect

• Account details: email address and a password (stored securely by our authentication provider; we never see it).
• General business information you enter in your business profile.
• Your answers in the assistant builder, saved blueprints, versions, and troubleshooting requests.
• Records of your legal acceptances (version and time), beta access dates, and AI usage counts.
• If paid plans are active: subscription status and payment history. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure form; we never receive or store card numbers.

What we do not collect

We do not connect to your email, CRM, files, or AI accounts, and we do not ask for or store inbox contents, contact lists, CRM exports, AI passwords, or API keys. Please don't paste private messages, customer personal data, or confidential proposals into the app.

External processing

When you create, revise, or troubleshoot a blueprint, the information you entered for that request (wizard answers, business profile, and problem description) is sent to a third-party AI model provider through our AI gateway to generate text. It is used to produce your result and not to sell or advertise to you. Payments, when active, are processed by Stripe. Our hosting and database providers store your data on our behalf.

How we use it

To provide the Service, enforce beta access and usage limits, process subscriptions, keep the Service secure, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Export all of your data as a file from Settings.
• Delete your account and data from Settings. Deletion is permanent.
• Correct your business profile at any time.

Security and retention

Your records are private to your account and protected by access rules enforced in our database. No system is perfectly secure. We keep your data while your account exists and delete it when you delete your account, except limited billing records we may be legally required to keep.
