FollowUp Launchpad is self-service. For setup and assistant problems, use Help Me Fix My Agent and the searchable help articles on the Help page after you sign in. You can manage your account, export your data, and cancel a subscription yourself in Settings and Billing.
We don't offer general email support, live chat, onboarding calls, or technical consulting.
